The colonial and neo-colonial history of the African Dutch Wax textile was codified and embed in a textile created by the artist. The textile was produced with the techniques originally used to make African Dutch Wax.
1.5 m x 1.5 m prints of West African women wearing the textile on their heads were installed in the streets of Delhi, Johannesburg and Kampala.
